Vermont Association for the Education of Young Children (VAEYC)
The Vermont Association for the Education of Young Children (VAEYC) is
an affiliate of the National Association for Education of Young Children,
the nation’s largest membership organization for early childhood
professionals. The Vermont affiliate was formed through a grass-roots

Vermont Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (VACCRRA)
There are 12 child care resource and referral agencies located
throughout Vermont's 14 counties. Each of these agencies is a member
of VACCRRA. VACCRRA member agencies share a common commitment to the development
and support of quality child care options for Vermont children and their
families. Each regional agency provides information and referral for parents
and employers, and education, training and technical assistance to child

Early Head Start
The Early Head Start National Resource Center (EHS NRC) was created in
1995 by the Office of Head Start, Administration for Children and Families.
The EHS NRC is a storehouse of early childhood expertise that promotes

Head Start
Head Start is a national program that promotes school readiness by enhancing
the social and cognitive development of children through the provision

The National Child Care Information Center (NCCIC), a service of the Child
Care Bureau, Office of Family Assistance, is a national clearinghouse

National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA)
The National Early Childhood Program Accreditation has been supporting
educational programs strive for excellence since 1993. This non-profit
organization was created to encourage the availability of high quality
early education programs for America's families. Now, as an independent

for excellence by delivering its accreditation philosophy to hundreds

National Resource Center for Health and Safety in Child Care
